Suggestion: Weather settings

I think it would be good if the game had an option like weather settings. It contains all the rain effects, smoke, fog, and other things like those flying thingies in mushin.

in basin, i just hate it, so next to "shadow settings" and other not so useful ones it would be a great thing overall.

the hardest part would be to set the amount of effects as the player sets it on a 1-5 scale, but i guess a lot of people would use it.

Yes, please. Let me disable this annoying smoke/mist effect. It cause fps drops for me since naryu lab (maybe even earlier, but now I can't remember where it was). Many locations have it - basin, Shoguns Lament...

This. Since the earlier patch from this December, they added more shaders which caused a ton of lag in Basin. Farming in there is torture lmao.
