"There are not archievements left to complete"

Everytime I go to archeivements and  to the skill tab is empty, I know I still have some hongmoon skills I need to complete but no matter what I try it still shows the same empty window, I've tried changing the filters, check all areas, switch zones, reload the game, etc and the thing is still empty, was it erased? cause as an Assassin I still need to unlock the "Heart stab mastery" archievement.

All other tabs are working and showing my unlocked archievements so please any help will be apreciated.
