2000 key trove results and thoughts

I have done my almost 2000+ keys and didn't receive any good amount of oil (more than 3), no Gilded Triangle. My rate for this 1/10 :(

With 70 or so keys, I got 1 pentacle obsidian and 1 hexagonal obsidian, three outfits and the backpack, and the raven energy for the staff. Loads of moonstone and legendary jewels... still missing a lot of my goals though from trove.

 

My goals where

• chilling flame elixir
• the two triangular gilded gems
• octogonal diamond
• zulia pet

maybe I’ll get them before the end of the event...

Well I tried 206 jeys and results seem quite same as all troves, maybe marginaly worse then previous ones. But afterr all it is low amount compared to 2000.

12 characters a day, 7 days, I "think" i got one crit, didn't see the longer animation nor hear the crit souond, but got the choice of 5 hongmoon gem powder and  20 evolved stones. Wether that is just a pretty decent regular trove chest or a crit, that is the best I've got. Which, granted, is better than the entirety of the previous trove~

I've been doing the trove on my alts too, and I'm starting to think that unless you use the keys you won't get the more interesting items. Has that been what you all observed?

TBH this is one of the best troves so far in my case ....

 

I bought like 600 keys. 

- 1 gilded red gem (was on the 200th key i think)

-  upgraded from seraph9 to raven6

- 2 premium stones

- 2 Oils

- all the hepta gems

- full raven soul shield. ( Had none )

-  completed 4 legendary accessories (had none)

- all the costumes, pets ...etc

- about 5-6k gold from the gold chests

- 70+ Outlaw island drops

- 20+ DKV resets

- 4 aransu resets

- Alot of other upgrade materials

 

This trove alone gave me about 200+ AP increase

@KiraKamelia Yes, it is definately lower chance to get a crit with the free opening, it's below 1% for sure (counting friends and myself, it's around 0,2% chance) while paid chests have something like 5%.

Ah thanks, was wondering how low it was :( which at 0.2% chance, that's kinda way too low for F2P players that don't want to put money in here to even try to participate in this trove with. Guess that is why so many trying to get Hongmoon Coins or think of it as being forced to buy NCoins.

Thats not true at all. I have a friend who got BOTH Tristars without opening the rows or buying keys. Another friend bought over 5000!!! Keys and did just get 1! Tristar. 
The Chance of critting is completely fixed and this is just how lucky you are. 
You also have to remember, that ppl with over 200-300 Keys basically open 300 Days of free trove in a very short amount of time. So if you get 1 Crit during the Eventtime, thats total average. Its like 25-30 Days -> 25-30 Free Trove openers, and one crit is pretty average that way. If i open 900Keys, then of course i will have a higher chance of critting, just because i have like 2000% more Trove Openings. You know what i mean?
