Can all trove outfits and adornments become trade-able?

So that players who are unlucky doing Trove can buy the outfits/adornments they still buy what they miss. Or players who don't actively doing Trove have more things to expect from Trove.

 

I'm unlucky enough to get two Nobility without any adornment, or Freshman, the outfit I really want :(
