Thinking about the raid difficulty system

I think it would be nice if we have:

 

Normal Mode: 24-man with more forgiving 12-man mech. Mainly  drop soul shields, raid currency and a very rare chance to drop accessories/weapon materials. This is to prepare for Hard Mode, or for more clan to bring their weaker members to get raid gear, or to make it easier to pug... whatever you want to think of. Best way to use those BD/Des soul shields instead of just salvaging them.

 

Hard Mode: 12-man with not-forgiving 12-man mech. Work like the current 12-man.

 

Challenge Mode: 12-man Hard Mode, but has certain challenges that when you fulfill, you gain extra raid loot box for your hard work, with more loot to bid on. Require high DPS and more coordination. 

 

Normal Mode and Hard Mode has separated resets, so you can do both of them per week. Challenge Mode shares the same reset with Hard Mode: you either choose to do it easier for less loot, or challenge yourself for better loot.
