WHAT is FM's block?

I just play FM for a little bit, so I do not know this class 2 much. But when I was doing the new raid, asura, how can i block those balls?

I am fire spec, so my impact will be spec to combo, I think the only block i have is the fire tab, but it is very hard to use, if i time or position it wrong , it will miss.

Is there any way I could block? thx

I block with fire tab, which is an easier timing than 1 for me, but you are right, it takes some practise, which is hard to get as asura (where I practised it) is just rushed. 

I think ice tab does not block stuff, but I am not 100% sure (no fm main), anyway the cd is too long. So try fire tab, just a matter of timing.

Impact is much easier to use for me.  No cd and instant cast.

You only have impact and fire tab

 

 

Here's the thing tho, if you miss with impact the ball will just go through you and you're screwed either way. Just practice the timing and you should be okay

 

Impact "blocks" (its not really a block, its different than any block in the game) for 0.5 seconds, same as fire tab so the timing should be the same.

If your ping is higher than 150 you would have a hard time with it I suppose, just go to Soguns and practice blocking orbs there, as they travel at same speed and such.
