EO2015 - File cannot be read - Disconnecting HDD - Gif's provided step by step

So yeah...I've played BnS almost a year ago, and I've recently come back. Downloaded all the newest updates, and played for a few days and then I started encountering this problem. This problem only occurs when playing Blade and Soul only. I can play CS:GO, Witcher 3, all Assassin creed games or any other games without any problems. This problem is concerning because I feel like this game is killing my HDD, which I can't afford to replace. (1TB HDD)

 

Here are some gif's of what I did after the Windows fixed all the errors of my D disk when it disappeared. Here is the process on how it disappears again:

The exact file that causes BnS not to start and disconnect my whole ❤ ❤ ❤ ❤ing hard drive is 00015273.upk from CookedPC folder, that I just tried to delete.
