StarStone Mines Weapon Drop?

So does anyone know if weapons actually drop in Starstone Mines? I need the Razor for my Rift weapon, and did ten runs and not a single weapon has dropped. Normally there are weapon boxes but the dynamic quest chest doesn't give that... just ss and Orb. Do I have to do HM to get it or possibly it just has low drop rate? Anyone know?

Yes the weapons do drop, i got 4 boxes so far, its not a guaranteed drop its rng.
