Cant send mail to alt since 55 patch

Since lost continent patch, I cant send mail to my gunner. Other alts work fine. It says name does not exist. Also doesnt show up in F2.

And no, I didnt delete my gunner, I can login on her and no I didnt typo the name xD

Someone else try mail to her and didnt work either.

This is really a hindrance for me. I needed to get 55 for my BT run this week and I cant mail her gems

 

Anyone else have this bug?

I researched into it since I noticed some others complained of this and this is what I found

So I suggest contacting support since it may be an issue on your end

A smart friend told me it probably has to do with BNS going from 18+ to 15+ with lost continent. So they added a bunch of word filters. Makes perfect sense

Well, i got the same problem and my name its "iValerie" i dont see any bad word or something like that in that Name...

I got my name back. There must be a glitch in the matrix that's causing this. They are working on it xD
