Reduce dragonblaze cooldown by 20 sec on successful inferno?
Should be: reduce inferno by 20s on successful dragonblaze?
Just a text bug or is the effect wrong?

And no obviously its not correct this way, all translations said inferno cd reduction..
And dragonblaze only has 12 sec cd to start with..

true....when i c it i thought theres no way any1 would wanna use it...y need to reduce dragonblaze cd when it is already like 10 sec cd...
