Incomplete Lost Continent Explorer's Pack

Does anyone have that issue? I redeemed my reward for pre-registering. But when I went to withdraw it from my box the only thing inside it was the Merry Cap Adornment and the lvl 50 character creation voucher. it seems the page is fraudulent, and only the newly created level 50 character can get all the other items and gold.

 

Some people have said that when they made a new level 50 character the items just appear in ITS inventory. and NOTHING in the registration mentioned that, nor did i hear that in the live stream that i just watched both today. and if need be i will watch both again and find EXACTLY what Johnathon said about the explorers pack and the exact wording form the original page as it was shown on the live stream for clarification and proof that it NEVER said, only the level 50 voucher character gets the items.

actually that is how a level 50 voucher works. If you bought one it would be the same way, you would get those things for the 50 character you created. They just did a courtesy listing the items that are included with the level 50 voucher. A lot of stuff is account bound if you wanted it for your other characters and gold can easily be mailed too.

Yeh, i only got the voucher and the adorment.. funny thing on my other account i got the whole gift except for the adorment ad the voucher.. hahaInsert other media
