Unrefined Tiger Bracelet

Hello!

So, I got the unrefined Tiger bracelet from Mushin's tower, floor 19 if I'm not mistaken. 
Now, my question is: 
Since it only serves as an upgrade from Draken bracelet(I think), and it no longer drops(?), is it effectively useless? 
Any suggestions on what I should do with it?

You use it to swap a divine dragon bracelet to a tiger bracelet and vice-versa. (You can swap it to a unrefined divine dragon bracelet on the npc.)

Yeah I know I can swap it between unrefined Tiger and Divine Dragon, but they are worse than pinnacle. 

They are (or were) used to upgrade the Draken Bracelets to Tiger or Divine Dragon (not unrefined), but now that there are no Draken accs, I don't know what to do with it.

Should I just salvage it?

So lets say you really want the tiger bracelet from ns, cause your class cannot use the dragon one properly. Unfortunatly, you drop the dragon one and not the tiger one (as you got a 50/50 chance on wich of the two drops in the dungeon).

Now you got two options:

1. wait for the tiger one to drop

2. get the dragon bracelet, get it to stage 10 and change it to tiger

 

For step 2, changing the bracelet at stage 10 to the other kind of bracelet, you need the unrefined dragon/tiger bracelet
