live long and prosper bug?

ive had this quest sitting unfinished for a long time because im not getting the purification jar, but i also was on hiatus for like a year or 2 and when i came back, the quest icon was a star and the "make a purification jar" part was crossed out as if i finished that part and now its telling me to give the jar to Cho, but i never made the jar and i dont have one. i go to where cho is supposed to be and hes not there and neither are the 2 kids. so i guess its bugged?? im not sure what to do about it honestly, still not making a jar tho

What level are you ? 
It doesn't tell you straight away but if you don't meet the level requirement you may not continue the storyline and may need to do sidequests.

Well, without jar there will be no cho to give it to^^ You need the item for the quest. Maybe you should get one since they are pretty cheap and go there again.
