Mastery or Duelist bundle worthwhile?

Title basically says it all. Hitting 50 on my gunslinger soon and was wondering if either of these are still worth it with the new patch coming out in a few weeks. Not sure what changes are being made as far as being given easy loot when the patch drops, so I am not quite sure if the mastery bundle would be worthwhile.
I need my hm skills though and don't feel like grinding those out, so I figured the duelist bundle may be a safer bet.
