How many time need ncoin to be charge on account??

 

Im waiting about 5 hour, but, first i bought premium and doing fine..... ncoin cant arrive on account.... support doesnt response.

 

Any suggest?

its not my first time, tomorrow i bought a premium , and doing fine.

For the first few times it'll take up to 12 hours. After a while it'll give you coins instantly. Just be patient.

for me it's within few min.... check your " My Account " apply code or purchase history to confirm your purchase if it's there or not..

dont have purchase history... but i have 2 mail with my order details.

sound weird.. just give it a bit longer as xInikox said.... or try to submit ticket from support page at the top of the forums

 

just always make sure you access payment page from the main website and not using a link sent to you by someone...

I am having the same issuse, bought some ncoins this morning and its been longer then 12hrs, that said i think they are using a different company to bill now as it has changed on my statements. Anyway will leave it to support to sort out.
