Road to Darkness Bug

[Doctor Fumbles]

I sent in a bug report already, so I don't know if I should post it here. I can't continue the story though because there is no yellow marker above Yura's head in mushin's tower, and it blocks me from entering the seat of mushin area. I am wondering if a quest reset it possible to fix the bugs that are preventing me from continuing the story.
