Broken tutorial

After I finish the training with Yungmuk I'm supposed to get the note but I haven't gotten in, any of the about 5 or 6 character's I've made to try and get past it I've restarted the UI multiple times and I've file repaired the launcher twice it's not working please help.

Having the exact same issue. I get to the letter quest but it just doesn't show up. Would really like some help.

Nevermind... I figured it out. Just needed to unminimise the quest menu on the right. It's a little triangle on the right hand side.
