ERROR Login to website, unable to submit a ticket

The only way i figured to to login right now is through the game by pressing F10->buy NCoin Online.

Normal login on website gives me this since yesterday "Something went wrong on our end. Please try again in a few minutes".

Whenever I try to submit a ticket, the system automatically logs me out, which prevent me from creating a ticket

(are you serious? How can I submit a ticket if you don't even let me log in at the first place)

Is it just me being unlucky or is it because you don't even want me to submit a ticket or solve my problem?

I've seen a few solutions when I had this issue purchasing coins a while back. 

Take a look at this thread, maybe it'll help. The YouTube video seemed to be an easy quick fix
