EU Server: Serious lag issues on evenings

Before AWS migration between 6pm and 11pm CET:  stable 70-90ms.

After AWS migration between 6pm and 11pm CET: Unstable 170-250+ms with constant hiccups

 

I don't know what you did, but the ping performance is now absolutely terrible on evenings. No problem at all  mid-day (80-95ms).

 

 

There's something wrong with your servers. Please do something?

Likewise, several of my friends reported the exact same issue occurring at pretty much at the same time. From 18:00 onwards the ingame latency becomes sluggish, unresponsive and makes the game downright unplayable especially if you play a highly ping-dependant class like shadow gunner.

 

Issue reported from several ISPs, and started happening right after AWS migration.

 

Hello NCSoft? From France my ping is 275ms to Tokyo but 1108ms to Frankfurt, mind taking a look at your network please?

Increase your server capacity or something NCSoft, this is ridiculous.

Same here. It always feel SO laggy as soon as it's peak time. No problem when it's late at night or soon in the morning / day though.

You could be still lucky to log in game, i even couldn't log in game, lag and lag forever and they dont care about our complain, this's good game but it is managed by the worst company.

I have no problem before 6pm ( 70-90ms IG ) but after it's more like 160-280ms... And it's started last Tuesday.

Same here, started a week ago and yesterday was the worst (200-600ms IG) when I was constantly around 60-80ms IG.

same here. Before AWS stable 110ms IG (wifi). Now it jumps from 110 to almost 400 (almost unplayable) :(
