Support and mail @qq Account Issue

Hi there, my Brother is having bad time trying to resolve an account issue.

 

I don't want to explain the Whole story, but the fact is that he's trying to contact the support team by mail with a @qq.com account but he's not receiving any response, at least not Always.

 
He contacted the appeal@ncsoft.com and he actually got a response from an human operator, then when he answered got no one respond, only the 48 hours automatic system mail.
 
He contacted appeal again, and have only the automatic response of receiving message.
 
Now he tried to write to support@bladeandsoul.com and he didn't get event the automatic response.
 
So the question is, anybody know something about a possible issue with @qq account ? Anyone that got that domain already had some kind of issues similar to this ?
 
Even a GM answer will be appreciate, thanks for the attention.

Some news, he try to write using another mail account and still no one answer. 

 

This is very annoying and ridicolous situation, closing and account with no reason at all and they don't even answer to mail.

 

Anyone know if is possible to contact some GM here in private in the forum ?

Why couldn't he send tickets? Were there any specific reasons why he has to send private emails to them?

 

If you want to fix any in-game or account issue, you need to login and send tickets. Then, they can check all your account record and information all at once without asking you for your account info. In fact, GMs are not supposed to ask for your account info. If they did, most likely they are not real GMs, but hackers.

Can't really just email them lmao. They won't be able to help since they don't have the information needed. Tell him to submit a ticket via BnS support and then they'll reply. You can't expect a reply if he just emails them rather than submitting a ticket through the Customer Support page.

I know that he should send a ticket but his account was suspended, so he cannot login to send a ticket. He must send an email appeal@ncsoft.com

 

Anyway after a few try he created a new mail account and sent an e-mail with that new account, and support was able to resolve his issue.

 

He asked some info about blackmail list and @qq.com account, let's see if support know something about that, because it was very strange behaviour....
