Could you let FMs switch freely between elements without the need of a target?

It's frustrating in battleground and arena cause when you are being attacked by a sin the elements switch when pulled and if I need to switch to  ice for example, because of low health I can't since sin is in stealth unless I waste E or SS  ( if God FORBID it is not on cd) for it. Also when being attacked by SF it randomly switches too on its own. 

 

I don't understant why FMs need a target to be able to switch? Other mages in other games can switch freely why not here? Also sometimes frost sheet gets bugged and doesn't proc when being hit multiple times.....

You can change to frost stance by using ss e and 2 (if you're using frost build)

 

You can change to fire stance by using Q and 2 (if you're using fire build)

Did you read what I wrote? If all iframes are in cd you can't switch elements unless you have a target and it's worst when you're fighting an assassin! Pressing 2 doesn't help either because as I said unless you have a TARGET or iframes not in cd you can't switch!

2 doesn't need a target though. Unless you're using blazing beam, in which case you're too bad to be complaining on forums *shrugs*

Normal FMs use blazing beam in 6v6 because dragonchar range isn't enough. Usually against a sin I spam 1 and use rmb/ lmb to change stance.
