Do not try to repair files anymore, I would recommend. Getting stuck on "connecting" is the same error, but at a different process.

This is a site related problem, which is affecting many of NCwests servers, including guild wars, wildstar i believe its called, and of course blade and soul

Id be more worried about disconnecting at looting.
If things arent fixed in a couple hours, it might be best to move raid

it's cause they moved their servers up to Amazon's cloud:
