Ping Crazy

My ping since the last update has made the game unplayable, however I was on right before update and it was fine. It now sits around 180-228 and in combat goes to 300-400ms. My fps is non-existent during any boss fight and I can't even hit a boss to get credit. 

 

I did a ping test on my net and it is: 2017-09-27 6:1USA - New York min: 13 ms avg: 18.0 ms max: 52 ms median: 16.5 ms

 

Then I did a ping test with the game open on my net again. : 2017-09-27 6:55USA - New York min: 15 ms avg: 25.0 ms max: 40 ms median: 26.0 ms

 

But, like I said in game my ping is around 200-400ms. 

 

What's going on? This is the very first issue I've had with bladeandsoul since it launched.

 

I live in Pennsylvania(US) btw, and I did see many others on r/bladeandsoul in my area have this same issue.
