Game won't load >.<

So, I made the upgrade from Windows 7 to Windows 10 Fall Creators Update and the first thing I notice is that there's a lot of framerate issues. So I repaired and yada-yada, found out that I can't get on anymore. I waited a few days to see if there was a patch but it only made it worse because now I can't start the game AT ALL! I run the game from the client again and now it gives the Xigncode thingy that pops up and that's it. I wait and wait for it to open, but nope. Nothing.
