stuck on loading screen

my game gets stuck on loading screen after character select,

when i ever i select my level 21 character and enter the game, i get stuck in loading screen forever and ever

tried making a new character and was able to get to level 3 with no problems, but can't login to my main character

contacted support but still no response yet

anyone knows a fix or a trick i can try ?

i've the exact same problem :( is it because i didn't downlaod the full game ? i'm only on stage 1

yep, the problem will be fixed when you finish downloading the game ( which will take forever:p )
