3.5 Rage of the Hive Queen Scheduled Maintenance – 10/18/2017

Starting on October 18, 4:00 AM PDT / October 18, 11:00 AM UTC, all servers will undergo maintenance for approximately 3 hours. An in-game notice will be given 30 minutes prior to the maintenance starting.

 

EU Only: In addition to the Blade & Soul servers, the in-game web features will undergo maintenance for approximately 6 hours. During this time, the Marketplace and Character Information may not be accessible or fully functional. The maintenance will last 8.5 hours in total for European Servers.

The Blade & Soul weekly server maintenance has started and will last 3 hours for North American servers and 8.5 hours for European Servers. Apologies regarding the confusion in our messaging posted above.

For the inconvenience caused by the extended maintenance today, EU players can claim 3 free Cold Storage resets to use for the Merchant of Wonders event. The free resets can be redeemed within the Hongmoon Store until October 25.
