Is it possible to predict costume rotations?

Is it possible to predict costume rotations (for ex. predicting the costumes that will come on the 18th) i'm a returning player and before I know the wardrobe could be used before to tell which costumes were coming next, is it the same now or is it randomized? Reason i'm asking is because I kinda want Technomancer but if something nicer is coming i'd just hold on to my NCoin.

I think they rotate every few Friday's and if there's an occasion, after a Wednesday maintenance. I think the next rotation might be this Friday since I noticed some items were gone but I'm not sure.

@fruiteaterz basically you can't predict it anymore. Now the costumes in limited time section rotate bi weekly and the ones that aren't in the limited time section leave whenever. @xInikox Yea just confirmed this it'll rotate the 20th I can tell by the date the limited time costumes have on them. Thank you.
