how to mod draw stance skills?

i can mod all my base skills in skill page but dont see draw stance skills like dragon tonvue. how do i mod them and cyclone etc

You can't. These skills are not "spec-able".

 

Check the option to see only trainable skills at the top of the skill window to see the ones you can spec.
