Weapon's List?

So, I know that the Hongmoon streamlining is gone but the information on that page is outdated and doesn't match the current update. Is there a link to a new post or did they update it without anybody questioning it. I just finished Act 4 and didn't get the Ivorymoon but the sterling weapon. How does it go now? What do I get as I progress through the story? There's no information on it from what i've seen

Just do the story. You will get later a starter legendary weapon, what you will upgrade.

There's a "Equipment Upgrade Path" button, at the bottom of your inventory. It starts at Silverfrost Mountains, you'll see that you'll get Sterling, Ivorymoon, Lucent, Pinnacle and then Unrefined Scaleburn. Scaleburn is the only evolving weapon now and it goes straight into legendary.
