The game crashes CONSTANTLY in the Sentinel Coast

I'm at the part of the game where I have to go to the Sentinel Coast for the main story. But every time my camera pans to the settlement, my game crashes. I have a decent graphics card in my computer, I have tons of RAM, my internet isn't the issue. I've tried playing the game on the lowest settings, and still, it crashes at the Sentinel Coast. And from what I've read on the forums, TONS of people have issues there and stability still hasn't been fixed. For that matter, I was trying to quest there with my clan last night and they were crashing just as much as me. A couple of them have $3000 gaming PCs, and they still crash in that area. I've tried repairing the client, reinstalling the game, using msconfig to disable other processes, system scans, NOTHING works. Game is basically unplayable because that area has been unstable since launch.

i also have the same problem. tried everything in their basic troubleshooting guide. nothing works
