This has been happening to me more and more lately, especially after the maint yesterday. Wtf is it and how can I fix it?

I just started getting this error today.  I was looking into ways to fix the random skill lag I got today and upon completing one of the recommended solutions I started getting this error message after a couple minutes of play.  Pretty irritating...
