Brilliant Key

Hello lads. I was wondering how to get Brilliant keys or if is possible to craft them maybe? o:

You can craft account bound ones when u reach a certain level in radiant ring craft guild and trade-able ones when u meet lvl 3(i think) in the same craft guild. Though weather or not you turn enough profit selling on f5 from the trade-able ones is up for debate, that part idk about. I just craft the account bound ones to side step the brainsick rng.
