A question for the NA BnS crew.

 

Love the game itself, but I have an issue, I've played since launch and almost 2 years later, I'm here, still playing. The gripe I have I believe is a legitmate one. Why when NCSoft grosses $40,000 USD + quarterly per IP. do the servers still have so many latency/bug problems? I average 40 ping to the server, in game 90. Yet, if I get grabbed or pinned by my opponent does it take 3-5 seconds for a skill to actuate? I play a BD, I get grabbed, I try to flock, it doesnt work (skill off cooldown)? It's not just a single skill this happens to, its multiple skills. I watch my net activity, nothing is out of the normal. What's going on? and it never has gotten better? It's not like NCSoft is strapped for cash, barely making ends meet to keep the game afloat, last year NCSoft as a whole grossed 200 billion dollars. some of that cannot be used to upgrade contracts with ISPs for better hops, or server upgrades? I'm vastly confused. Can someone please shed light on this for me?

I think most players do not experience this problem. Have you contacted support? Have you excluded that it's not an fps issue?
