Mushin tower Floor 16

I'm mighty sure cleared the mushin 'continue climb' blue quest in quest letter but why I can't walk though floor 16??? Did i miss any quest have to complete it, now I really need the bracelet to transform :(

Just go to the entrace of floor 16+ if you already beat Naksun

i did my blue mission in this 16f and i should take 250 draken core 
but i just got 1k peaches ..
