Festival Experience Charm cooldown affects all XP charms

I got these Festival Experience Charms from the event thingy so every day I've been lighting one off.  Then I do event and get a Special Hongmoon XP charm, but I have to wait 19 hours to use it.  Then I do dailies and get an Excellent Hongmoon XP charm, but I have to wait 18 hours to use it.  Then I do a boss in Celestial Bacon (or something) and get another but have to wait to use it.  So I have two other piles of XP charms waiting for ONE type of XP charm to cooldown.

 

Even if this isn't a bug it should be fixed.  At first when they introduced these things they were the only XP charms around and they have 20 hour cooldowns.  Then, eventually, we have five (?) other types of XP charms with 2 second cooldown.  Ok, for some reason at first they thought a 20 hour cooldown was needed, but clearly now they don't.  So, please update the cooldown on the Festival Experience Charm.

 

Yes, this is a small issue, but it is literally ONE number to change.
