Blade Dancer Alluvion Badge missing tooltip

During the Alluvion effect, Rolling Typhoon reduces Wind Slash (Lightning Draw) cooldown by 1 second.

This is very essential for the Blade Dancer Wind Rotation but it is not listed as badge effect in the game.
