Can't Connect to Cross-Server Dungeons

I'll go to F8, choose my dungeon, get in a group, and see the loading screen. Then, once I'm in the cross-server area, my game crashes. This is the only place where it does this.

 

I can PvP, and I can run dungeons by walking into their original areas on the map, but I can't do any of them in cross-server areas.
