Problems with event. Cant get in.

Like i have it accepted but i cant get throught the portal.
I know there is problem with these coins of memories but the problem is that even if i abandom the quest it won't go.
I have got the same problem yesterday but i thought today will be different.

Press P and check if you have that dungeon in progress? This dungeon is actually like cold storage and heaven mandate can only be done per day or smth even if you forgot to get the quest it counts you as completed the dungeon and you need to wait for it to reset...
