Spammer Friend Request

I made my gunner the other day like everyone else did, and as soon as I started the tutorial I had two friend requests from the same spammer. I was able to report and decline one of the friend requests, however the second request from them I cant report it, decline it, or even accept it.

 

I tried going back to character selection then going back in game. I've tried restarting the whole game. It's been over 24 hours and the request is still there and unresponsive. It's not limited to just my gunner character either. The request is there on all characters. 

 

I don't know what triggered it and I don't know how to recreate it, seeing as how it hasn't gone away at all and I didn't do anything to create it that I am aware of. Please fix it :( I know it's silly, but I am a little OCD and seeing the little orange request notification really does stress me out.

As of 09/21 the issue seems to have resolved itself. I logged on and the request that had been stuck for days just wasn't there :)
