Craft guilds issue

When i was is jade-stone, I didn't receive my crafting guilds quest. i assumed i would have gotten it as i progressed but i am currently level 47 now and still haven't received it.

I always get the "You are not apart of any guilds,You need to be level 11 and above to join a guild. Please help if you can.

You will receive the quest when you reach Zaiwei, i guess. You can't do tradable stuff before lvl 50, because you will need the high level dungeons.

You can just join the crafting guilds by talking to the reps in town. Not much reason to do it so early, unless you want to stock up on the ordered materials; that is to say if you even have the money to order it.
