Trove Super Critical Proc's Bugged

Has anyone else noticed that there is definitely something bugged with who is getting the Super Critical Proc's from trove?  I have opened over a 1000 keys and not received a single on yet others in my clan have received multiple in a mere 40 to 150 keys...  Anyone else noticing that this seems bugged? Also the fact that some people have seen the same regular critical proc's over and over that others have never seen and vice versa.

it did happend to me i opend around 700 key an i still didnt get what i want almost like 80% are cloth crits T_T im sooo saaaad
