Conflict with antivirus

Hello everyone !

Could some please help me , i didnt Play for Long time so i was just thinking to log back in , all safe and good till i get to char select Screen thn i get a message saying :

''A conflict with the antivirus Programm (WebCompanion) has ocurred.Closing the program.''

Im using GData antivirus ....could any1 please give me some tips what could i do!

Have you tried making the BnSClient an exception in the antivirus?
