Cant gift trove keys or slot expansions?

I cant seem to gift trove keys or slot expansions, when I recall being able to do it last year? what gives? I type the name, but it wont let me purchase

what is it saying exactly and are you trying to buy with hm coins or ncoin?

NCoin, and the option to purchase is blanked out, even though I have enough, and got the character name right x.x

Do you have them on your friend's list?

The friends list seems to be broken at the moment, because it says it cant access it everytimeI try, but yes I did have them on my friends list before

I was able to gift expansions + 5 keys to a friend earlier while the friends list is bugged.

So not sure if it's just an issue on your side or the problem recently occurred to all.

Same....was able to give my girl keys and expansion as well...might be an issue on his/her end ^_^.

i have the same problem where my friends list just does not show up and relog does not work on this.

I got the same problem too. My Friend list is unable to view now.

We're currently investigating the issue with the friends list now populating for some players. We don't have an estimated time yet but we will update everyone when we have more information.
