TOI Bonus Attribute at the start of the match

at beginning of every toi fight, the screen tells you that you can get some  kind of bonus such as attack power, skill cd, bleed, and etc.  But when will these skills kick in?  As usual, i really want to stranggle those idiots at NCW enlish localization team.

When you activate them.

Tooltip tells you which shortcut from keyboard you need to use to activate or just click on the square with skill (harder to do in fight but if you can't get used to keyboard version..).

Options > key bindings > functions > special skill shot

Bind this skill to your Keyboard. Now in fight u press this Button and it activates the skill u choosed of those 3.

This special skillshot button also activates the tag in or interfer in 3v3

I'm pretty sure it's tilde ( ~ ) the key next to the 1 key. That was the default key for me.
