Sin's pvp skill

Hi, can a sin blow poisons (same skill) twice within 5 seconds?

 

Just now, I encountered a HM7 sin in arena. He does ice bomb on me, then stun me + blow poison onto me. I tab escaped it. Then, he body swapped me + stuns + couple normal attacks + another blow poison onto me and I am dead. All happens within 5 seconds.

Fighting Spirit resets Poison Breath.
