Cant see effects from dragoncall?

Everytime i use my dragoncall i cant hear anything or see the effect of them casting. Ive seen youtube videos, where u see the dragons come out from the ground etc and than reach the target. but i cant even hear or see anything, only when they reach the target. is it normal? i have highest graphics on everything

It's bugged after the last patch they lower the cast time of dragon call to 1.5 sec (was 2.5sec )but the instant dragon call also take 1.5 sec after using the skill, let's hope they fix it soon
