Right now it says  "1,000% additional Earth Attack power on a successful Kingfist during golden dragon". 

After sending tickets they told me that the badge is working as intended and that the right description would be:

"1,000% additional Attack power on a successful first Kingfist during golden dragon"

Only the first kingfist out of 3 will get the boost.
