Achievement Prevention Personnel

Under Achievement (U) > Character > Quest > Prevention Personnel (Near the bottom)... It says to defeat the Giant Plague Mite in the Dasari Palace Gardens 50 times but I have yet to see a Giant Plague Mite in this area. Is this some future content? I've done the deer achievement in this area but cannot seem to ever see a Giant Plague Mite spawn.

the mite spawns after you kill a few small ones.
