Hello, I just started playing 4 days ago and i saw someone with this winter hat costume and I was trying to find a guide on how to get it, if anybody can help me out that would be great! Thank you!

Yea I couldnt find it there the in game name is perpetual snow hat, just says soguns lament guess just drops somewhere in there?

Oh, the Elmer Fudd hat.  That is definitely Asura.  Drops quite often too.  Very few will bid on it either.
