Bangle of binding - EC

Does this bangle of binding come from the Bound Weapon chest from EC?

Or is it a separate drop by itself that we have to spend forever farming from EC?

The Bound Weapon chest drops a lot, but takes a silverfrost key to open :(  ty

Yes the bound bangle drops in EC (but rarely from my observation).  You're much better off using the silverfrost key than running EC countless number of times.  Guess it depends on how much your time is worth to you.
